Our Process
At Resonance Design, we provide a comprehensive acoustical analysis and design service to ensure that every project meets the highest performance standards. To begin, a payment of $350 is required for the analysis and reports. This fee covers:
- A detailed acoustical analysis of your room
- A professional written report with technical data and recommendations
- Specifications of required materials and their placements
- A source list for purchasing recommended materials*
- An option to contact one of our approved installation contractors*
- *Materials and installation contracting are independent of Resonance Design, and we do not receive any compensation from your purchases.

These reports are prepared exclusively for your project and will provide you with the tools needed to make informed decisions. You may use it to obtain competitive pricing from other suppliers and contractors if you choose.
How it works:
- Upon your request, we will provide you with our Client Input Form.
- You complete the form to the best of your ability. If clarification is needed, we will contact you directly.
- Once the form is ready, you submit it together with your payment by clicking the Payment button on the form.
- We then conduct the full analysis and deliver your analysis report, specifications, suppliers list, and approved contractor(s) list.
Important Notes
- The analysis fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
- The report is for your use only and may not be sold, transferred, or reproduced without written consent from Resonance Design.
- While you may obtain competitive quotes, only Resonance Design approved products and installation associates can warrant that the recommended treatments and installation will perform efficiently.
- All pricing provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Acceptance of a project quotation from an approved contractor will be confirmed by a signed contract and deposit, between client and contractor exclusively.

If you’re serious about decibels, frequencies, decay rates, axial modes, reflective sabins, etc., then go to the top of this page, request an application, and fill in your room and equipment details. Pay our very reasonable fee and you will, within minutes, receive a detailed, highly technical analysis, at a much lower cost than any acoustician would charge to come to your location, set up their equipment, and do their detailed analysis, which you might get within a week. But … You will also get a very detailed placement diagram depicting the exact location(s) and size(s) of each treatment recommended, AND a “Source” sheet, indicating a choice of where the treatment materials (of our approval) may be purchased. If you wish, you may contact an installation company of our approval that can quote you on your project! You can use this to compare pricing and experience of local contractors, assuring you will get the best quality at the best price. (We get nothing from any of our approved sources. Honest.)
